Key Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for an Health care Recruiter & recruitment Experience Chennai who can handle doctorsjob Nurses
- Sourcing, scheduling the interview with clients handling & team
- Delivery on the Recruiting Plan, CV sourcing and pipeline Handling the team & management .
- regular basis to resolve and clarify any recruitment delivery issues.
- Extensive and deep understanding of end to end recruitment process.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Plan india Business.
- Responsible for sourcing suitable CVs with good submission rate for achieving a good conversion ratio.
- Major Profile hiring like- , Doctors, Nurses, All categories handling etc.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication(English, T, Hindi(Optional)).
- Team/Stakeholder Coordination Skills .
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Good Product and Process Knowledge.
