Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Successfully review job descriptions to understand the requirement and ensure right candidate is selected for the role.
2. Responsible for sourcing and screening resumes using job portals, networking, social media, referrals.
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job boards.
4. Performing telephonic interviews with candidates.
5.Making recommendations to company hiring managers for bench resources and immediate joiners placement.
6.Coordinating interviews.
7.Following up on the interview process status.
8.Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
9. Preparing daily status report, weekly report and participating in daily recruitment meetings and weekly review calls.
10.Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
